Returns
We accept returns for items purchased from our store. If you wish to return an item, please ensure it meets the following conditions:
- The item must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
- The item must be in its original condition, unworn, and unwashed.
- The item must have all original tags attached.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at thehoodieculture@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to send the item back to us.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the same return process. Once we receive your returned item, we will process the exchange and ship the new item to you.
Damaged or Defective Items

Shipping Costs
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
